Fillers can be done conservatively, but Sculptra is a great option that instead of filling directly stimulates collagen production to tighten the skin and produce what is famously known as the Sculptra glow.

ezPRF and ezGEL are the new and improved versions of PRP. PRF is Platelet-Rich Fibrin which is a purified version of PRP, or Platelet-Rich Plasma, that can have more results than before.
